3 Tips to Maximise Sleep Success

1. HAVE A ROUTINE-
Babies and young children love nothing more than predictability and rountine it makes them feel safe, and what is gonna have them sleeping better than feeling secure!

2. ESTABLISH DIFFERNCE BETWEEN DAY AND NIGHT-
Make sure your little one has clear understanding of the difference between day and night, this helps them to establish their cicadian ryhthms, and you will see sleep patterns emerge!

3. NOT OVERTIRED OR UNDERTIRED-

There is nothing like the dance of sleep (are they tired or not) to keep any parent on their toes. I have seen this dance in many of the parents who seek my help! Let me tell you all babies have a sweet spot, you must find it! When in doubt an overtired baby is not your sleep friend!
